Being healthy involves having a positive outlook on life, being physically fit, and having good relationships with others. It also means performing daily tasks and activities without undue fatigue or stress. Good health is essential for leading a happy and fulfilling life, and it requires regular exercise, a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, and a positive attitude toward oneself and others.
